I just want to tell you how much I enjoy Firstlight home care.
I come from a facility and this is my first experience in homecare. I will never go back to a facility!

I have work right along side the owners at shifts and helping care for clients.
It’s an amazing change coming from a facility, where there is not enough time or caregivers to give everyone the care they deserve.
Firstlight gives me hope, for my own aging family members. Knowing I have other options for my parents, when the time comes when they can no longer take care of themselves.
It’s a pleasure to be apart of something so wonderful and so important!

Our caregiver, Vicky, is simply superb. She is very professional, friendly, and caring. She gives me the support I need to take care of my 94 y.o. mother – from keeping my mother clean and safe, taking care of her needs (sponge baths, … More meals, nebulizer, finding shows to watch), providing companionship, and keeping her rooms organized and tidy. Very tidy! She is gentle and respectful, a true advocate for the elderly. I can leave and run errands knowing my mother is in safe hands. She is also a wonderful companion during excursions when we bring my mother out to visit gardens. The office staff (Lizzy, Tiffany) are also very friendly, so it is a pleasure whenever I have to call the office for a request. Mistakes in scheduling happen once in a while, either on my part or theirs, but these are quickly and efficiently addressed. -
Spoke with Miss Waln and she was fantastic and kindhearted answering all my many questions. This is a hard time when needing to ask for help for a loved one and she was humble and reassuring. Good to know we will have good people helping … More our loved ones! -

So I been working here for 1 year and I love it a lot .they are flexible I love Christina she the schedule for the company she work really hard and helps us out when we need help she not afraid to go out to people home when we need help … More and she answers the phone at anytime of the day when we needs something and mark and Stacey is awesome to work for. Anytime I call the office Lizzy answer the phone very professional and nice . -
I'm not a client of this company needless to say but I have a family member who works in the field for this company. To have her be appreciated the way this company does is a blessing 🙌🏽 if a company can care about there employees … More and not treat them like they are replaceable I can only imagine the love and care they have for there clients ❤️
