My grandmother wants to be at home for as long as possible and with FirstLight’s help, we could recently celebrate her 97th birthday while she still lived at home. They are always available for random phone calls regarding: needing scheduled help, needing last minute help when a family friend was unable to come as planned, when my grandmother was feeling sick and didn’t need scheduled help, when my grandmother was sick and we needed help unplanned, and once when she had a surprise doctor appointment they coordinated a caregiver to and from the appointment to resolve (let me just say Larry is a hands-on owner). Additionally, while we never used it, they were willing to help with her long-term care insurance filing as well. Another way to show they go the distance to help with any needs.
