To all of our wonderful caregivers, Thanks for a great, record-breaking year with FirstLight.  While we lost hours due to COVID from late Winter through early Fall, we eventually came roaring back and smashed our all-time records in late November and December -- thanks to your great work!  You guys were our bright spot in 2020, against the backdrop of a very difficult year (COVID, wildfires, etc.). 1. Select California from the dropdown menu. 2. Complete the patient screening survey and then click confirm. (make sure to select healthcare worker for occupation) 3. Fill out personal information, complete reCAPTCHA and click submit. (write down patient ID number, you will need it when creating your account) 4.
