She and her team met all our scheduling needs and even when we had last-minute changes or additions, they always came through for us. Every caregiver was compassionate, conscientious, and efficient, but Antoinette and Deanna were especially wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. During the past year, my mom and dad have experienced multiple health crises and both Deanna and Antoinette responded immediately and skillfully when emergency care was needed. After my dad passed away this year, all the caregivers have been especially gentle and kind to my mom as she works through her grief. Antoinette and Deanna even attended my dad’s celebration of life service. The whole FirstLight team send us cards, flowers, and a beautiful basket filled with a variety of goodies.
