The owner Caleb is beyond awesome. I got a referral from a nurse when I was in the hospital for my mom and the nurse told me to call them from the very first time I talk to him. They helped out tremendously and got me the right stuff I needed to get her approved to get help. If there’s anyone needing help for their family definitely use them they are beyond nice and the owner does truly care about his patients that they have and make sure they have top notch staff working there. Caleb and his team, have been wonderful with working working with my family to get my grandma the absolute best care she needs after a fall she took.. him and his team have worked so hard to find the best fit possible, and make sure my grandma is comfortable, and very well taken care of..he has also been the best at making sure to keep all of my family updated with what is happening with my grandma’s care team, and making sure the best possible outcome is happening, he has taken all of my family’s concerns seriously and worked hard to resolve them, he has also helped us twice now set up physical therapy, to help her get back on her feet. I truly cannot recommend Caleb and this wonderful team enough, there is no one else I would trust with my grandma!
I just want to say since I’ve known of FirstLight home care it’s been nothing but outstanding service and customer service from their end. The office staff does everything possible to fit your accommodations even the caregivers have very uplifting energy makes you feel like they are your family too it’s no way possible I wouldn’t go with FirstLight home care the effort put in by this company is outstanding no complaints i have on my end.
