In general the aides were great and helped my dear friend with mobility and daily self-care activities, light cooking and cleaning her apartment, and medication administration and logging activity in a book. They were on-time, we had constant coverage and I came to trust them implicitly. From an administrative standpoint FirstLight was also good on the back-end with accurate invoicing and day-and-night customer service. No problem was every too small, David treated me like he had known me forever from Day 1 and his wife played a huge part my client relationship with the company and I could see was crucial in helping David run a top-notch company.
