He followed up with phone calls to make sure … More my mom was comfortable with her care. And she was. Charlene managed to put my introvert mom at ease at the first visit! My mom's functional status has greatly improved and she loves Charlene and looks forward to every visit. I am a psychologist and I've worked with many home care providers. First Light, Craig, and Charlene, are truly exceptional. I can't give them a high enough recommendation, or enough thanks, for what they've done for mom. -
My family and I were so happy to have found FirstLight when my mother needed extra support at home a year and a half ago. The office is friendly and helpful and did a great job communicating with me (I live in another state).
