We have been with FirstLight for a year now for the help with care for our dad. We have a CNA come in the morning and one in the late afternoon. A nurse also comes with his Nursing needs. The Executive Director, Lindsey, is easy to talk to and listens to what your needs are for your family member. They try to accommodate as much as possible when last minute things come up. We are happy we found FirstLight to help take care of our dad.
First Light has been providing home care for mom, she is 98, for a while now. She is very happy to be able to be in her own home. Caretakers are kind to her, listen to her stories and make her meals as well as clean her house and taker her to appointments.
Lindsey , the boss 😊, has been wonderful through the entire process. Always willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend them all. We are lucky to have competent and compassionate care for my mom.
Lindsey and all of the staff at FirstLight are exemplary. Scheduling is easy. Even though we don’t need regular coverage, they are always helpful and quick to find the caregivers we need. They are friendly and supportive without condescending or babying my loved one. As our needs increase, I feel relieved to have such a great agency to help us.

phone and text messages promptly. If we had concerns she promptly addressed them. Our mom needed 24/7 care so we needed very dependable caregivers. The people at FirstLight Home Care have been very responsive to our needs and the care giver we were matched with is exceptional. She helps provide some peace of mind as we are not always available to care for all the everyday needs or our elderly relative.

Help with the housework I can’t do is wonderful but just having someone here every two weeks is a blessing. My caregiver is a great match for me.
First Light took care of my mom’s home needs after she returned from rehab following hip replacement surgery. They were on time, very consistent and the care givers were empathetic. They did little extra things my mom didn’t request, but the care giver knew it would make a little extra difference. The cost is manageable and First Light was flexible when needing to change the amount of care she needed. I would highly recommend First Light.
